This 5 night retreat includes: * 5 nights accommodation and continental breakfast at the Kokopelli Suites in Sedona * Daily Yoga class with Iala Jaggs and Patricia Fonseca of Sedona Vortex Yoga - the DVD * Sunday night Opening Ceremony to set intentions and meet and greet. * A three hour tour each day lead by the Shamanic guides of Sedona Red Rock Tours. - Monday - Vortex Tour - your guide will assist you in recognizing and harnassing the powerful energies of the Vortexes to gain transformation. - Tuesday - Chakra Yoga Tour - begins with a Kundalini Chakra Yoga session, and then a hike to the Seven Sacred Pools to Clear and Activate each Chakra in a Sacred Ceremony - Wednesday - Dosha Tour - you will learn what your Dosha type is from the ancient science of Ayurveda and your guide will give you techniques to balance and gain equilibrium in your daily life through breathwork, poses and meditations. - Thursday - Medicine Wheel Tour - you will visit several of the powerful Wheels in Sedona and learn about local Medicine Ways. Includes Drumming circle. * A private Session Daily.
